Currently we are looking for the candidate for our location in Lublin for the job of:

COACH 

(with German language skills)

Responsibility:

  • Conducting the initial training
  • Conduct sales and negotiation training
  • Recording, intercepting and grading employee appraisals for the quality of customer service, technical skills and consistency with internal processes and procedures
  • Creation and implementation of additional training courses to enhance the skills of managers
  • Ensuring employees with constructive feedback on their quality of work
  • Analysis of customer satisfaction surveys to improve work quality and customer satisfaction
  • Reporting to Team Manager Quality & Training
  • Monitoring and reporting internal and external training results
  • Participation and support during internal calibration sessions with the customer
  • Recommendations for changes in processes and procedures to improve the quality and efficiency of the work
  • Analysis of quality data
  • Perform the soft skills training
  • Participation in other assigned projects

 

Expectations:

  • Experience or training in quality
  • German language skills — a requirement
  • Advanced English
  • Customer focus
  • Computer literacy (especially MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Interpersonal skills at a high level
  • High resistance to stress
  • Ability to transfer and enforce knowledge
  • Knowledge of employee motivation methods
