Job description

Inbound call, Back office (chat or mail) + sales in service. All the emplyees will have trainings. The training is conducted in German and includes a theoretical part – information about products, systems and requests of our customers and the practical part – at first listening to the conversations of other specialists, then first calls with customers with support of floor-walkers/mentors/senior agents. The main aim of the training is to prepare new employees to work independently.


  • German B2 + level
  • Ability to build successful client relationships and overcome objections/objections over the phone
  • Computer literate
  • Strong communication skills, verbally and written
  • Self-Motivated and Friendly
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Able to make decisions independently
  • Accepts direction well
