Job description
Inbound call, Back office (chat or mail) + sales in service. All the emplyees will have trainings. The training is conducted in German and includes a theoretical part — information about products, systems and requests of our customers and the practical part — at first listening to the conversations of other specialists, then first calls with customers with support of floor-walkers/mentors/senior agents. The main aim of the training is to prepare new employees to work independently.
Requirements
- German B2 + level
- Ability to build successful client relationships and overcome objections/objections over the phone
- Computer literate
- Strong communication skills, verbally and written
- Self-Motivated and Friendly
- Organized and detail oriented
- Able to make decisions independently
- Accepts direction well
